PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (KVKK) DISCLOSURE TEXT

This Disclosure Text has been prepared to explain the principles regarding the processing of your personal data obtained through our WhatsApp communication line (0540 906 35 18), directed from our website, by Ozum'le as the data controller, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Ozum'le in its capacity as the data controller.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your data may be processed on servers located abroad by the WhatsApp application (Meta Inc.) used as a service. Therefore, your data may be transferred abroad subject to your explicit consent.

Additionally, data may be transferred to legally authorised public institutions and organisations when deemed necessary.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your data is being processed
• Request information about the processing if it has been processed
• Learn whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose
• Know the third parties to whom it has been transferred
• Request correction if it has been processed inaccurately or incompletely
• Request deletion/destruction of your data
• Request notification of correction/deletion to third parties
• Object to any adverse outcome arising from analysis by automated systems
• Claim compensation in case of damage.
